• 100% advance payment required before starting the meal plan.
• Sunday is an off day (no meals provided).
• Meal plan must be completed within 35 days. Unused days after this period will lapse.
• Special requests or customizations may involve additional charges.
• Customers must inform us in advance about any food allergies. We are not liable for issues from undisclosed allergies.
• Kitchen remains closed on UAE public holidays (e.g., New Year, Eid, Islamic New Year).
• Refunds are subject to deduction of delivery charges.
